Gary Dicker - Crown Legacy FC Head Coach

Dicker was appointed as Crown Legacy FC's second head coach in Club history in December 2024. The Irishman joined from Brighton & Hove Albion where he served as an assistant coach for the U-21 side in Premier League 2. His managerial career follows a distinguished 15 year playing career with clubs across Ireland, England and Scotland, most notably with Brighton & Hove Albion where he helped the club earn promotion to the EFL Championship in the 2010-11 season.

Bobby Belair - Assistant General Manager

Bobby Belair - Assistant General Manager

Belair joined Charlotte FC in 2020 as the Director of Player Personnel where he oversaw the team’s salary budget for the inaugural roster build. He was subsequently promoted to Technical Director in 2022 before shifting to Assistant General Manager in 2024. The former Clemson University and Brown University player currently oversees player personnel, performance, and medical, as well as Crown Legacy FC roster construction.

Tommy Wilson - Technical Director

Tommy Wilson - Technical Director

Wilson joined Charlotte FC in 2024 after serving as the Philadelphia Union’s first academy director for over a decade. He has overseen the development of more than 30 players who went on to sign professional contracts including current U.S. Men’s National Team players Brenden Aaronson, Paxten Aaronson and Mark McKenzie. The Scotland native brings 30 years of coaching experience, including stops at the Scottish Football Association and Rangers FC.

Kevin Sawchak - Assistant Coach

Kevin Sawchak - Assistant Coach

Sawchak joined Crown Legacy FC in February 2023 following a year-long stint as an assistant coach with USL League One side Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC. The Atlanta, Ga. native also has coaching experience with the Chattnooga Red Wolves, Oglethorpe University and Atlanta United's Academy. A University of Alabama at Birmingham alum, Sawchak had a 10 year professional career, where he mainly suited up in Finland's second division.

Brian Edwards - Goalkeeper Coach

Brian Edwards - Goalkeeper Coach

Edwards joined Charlotte FC in July 2020 as an Academy goalkeeper coach before serving as an interim goalkeeper coach for the First Team in 2022. The Summit, N.J. native was named Crown Legacy FC's goalkeeper coach in 2023 ahead of the Club's inaugural season. As a player, Edwards began his career with Wake Forest University, where he won the 2007 NCAA College Cup before embarking on a professional career in MLS and Sweden.
