CLFC will face professional and collegiate sides as they prepare for second season in MLS NEXT Pro
CHARLOTTE, NC (Wednesday, January 31, 2024) – Crown Legacy FC today announced its preseason schedule ahead of its second season in MLS NEXT Pro.
Looking to build off the success of its inaugural year, CLFC will spend most of its preseason at the Club’s new training ground, Atrium Health Performance Park in east Charlotte. The Club will also face USL Championship runners-up Charleston Battery. While most matches will be played behind closed doors, the friendly against the Battery will be open to the public with tickets available on their website.
Crown Legacy FC’s preseason schedule will feature matchups with USL League One sides Richmond Kickers and Chattanooga Red Wolves while also facing collegiate teams including the Charlotte 49ers and the Clemson Tigers, the defending NCAA national champions.
Crown Legacy FC’s regular season schedule will be released in the coming weeks.
