The Club will travel to NKU Soccer Stadium on October 20 to face Eastern Conference top seed in first round
CHARLOTTE, NC (Tuesday, October 8, 2024) – Crown Legacy FC will matchup against FC Cincinnati 2 in the MLS NEXT Pro Eastern Conference Quarterfinals at NKU Soccer Stadium on October 20, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. ET. This match and all the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs will be available on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.
Crown Legacy FC holds a 2-1-0 all-time record against FC Cincinnati 2, going undefeated against the Ohio club in 2023 but fell 2-1 to them in their only matchup this year. Crown Legacy’s leading goal scorer, Aron John scored the lone goal in the matchup.
The 2024 MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs will feature 15 single elimination matches over the course of four consecutive weekends, with three rounds leading to MLS NEXT Pro Cup.
MLS NEXT Pro Playoff opponents were selected in a Pick-Your-Opponent style draft, with the top three seeds of each conference choosing which opponent from the fifth through eighth seed they’d like to match up against in the first round.
