How to Receive Your Gift Card

• Once you have completed your Gift Card purchase, you will receive an email within 3-7 business days containing your Gift Card redemption code and redemption instructions.

Gifting the Gift Card to Someone Else

• If you're purchasing the Gift Card as a gift, you can enter the recipient's email address during the check out process. The Gift Card redemption code along with redemption instuctions will be sent directly to them on your behalf in 3-7 business days.

How to Redeem Your Gift Card

• Please check your email for a link to redeem your gift card.

Charlotte FC Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Charlotte FC Gift Card redemption codes are digitally sent out within 3-7 business days of your order
• Gift Cards are available in $100, and $250 denominations
• Multiple Gift Card purchases: If you purchase multiple Gift Cards within one transaction, the code will reflect the amount purchased
  • Example: if you purchase two $100 Gift Cards you will receive one Gift Card redemption code with the value of $200
  • If you buy multiple Gift Cards among several transactions, you will receive more than one Gift Card redemption code
